REO Logistics began in 1922 as Allied Realty Company. Nearly 40 years later, the company acquired a 100,000-square-foot warehouse in West Virginia and Allied Warehousing Services, Inc. was born.Since then, REO Logistics has grown into a true third-party logistics (3PL) supply chain solutions provider. In 1989, REO Logistics, then called Allied Logistics, acquired a global freight management company, adding a network of warehousing, distribution, transportation, freight management and 3PL services to the company’s portfolio.
