Headquartered in Plainfield, Indiana, they support over 2,000 pilots based in cities across the country. With a mission to protect and enhance the careers of their members, they decided to partner with RocketBuild to design and develop a mobile application to improve workplace communication. Local 357 had a need to communicate frequently with crew members about job critical information. In the past, their internal communication strategy revolved around a blog with low-readership. That communication plan was draining time and energy without having much impact.
