Description E-procurement system platform helps companies to find out vendor/supplier for their procurement department needs, Create Tenders, generate RFI/RFQ's, share the details to vendors as open/closed tender. It's a unified, intuitive and efficient way for buyers to release RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ etc) events to open up a world of e-procurement opportunity where the vendor can submit the tender information/documents to participate into it and see live auctioning as well. Challenges Lack of domain experience of client-side The scope of work was not finalized The client was not having the idea of how this complete process works The client wants to have 3 click navigation or submission for each request Additional requirements during the execution of project Solutions Rootsquare Technologies handshake with the customer and hire the domain expertise to understand the procurement process flow. It engaged it's BA team and Project Manager from day one to collect and understand all the requirements, discuss with the client to make him understand how the application will work and present the BRD document for the approval. Quickly a team of 16 members was formed to create a graphical representation (UX) of the complete system to get the correct insight and designed the UI in such a way that a layman can go inside and navigate to all features easily. To demonstrate the progress and find out any loophole (in case), every week show & tell was planned out with the customer's technical and business functional team so everybody can be on the same page. During the UAT, our Project Manager & Tech Lead traveled to onsite to give the customer a better experience and quickly resolve the identified issue. All these ou huge efforts make the product delivery successful.
