Overview About Saatchi & Saatchi

We are knowledgeable but curious, diverse but united, joyful but hard to satisfy, consistent but experimental, wide-ranging but focused, respectful but irreverent, successful but encouraging of failure, wise but forward thinking. Founded in the summer of 2020, and run by volunteers across all departments, SDTF’s mission is to promote Saatchi as a progressive institution by initiating organizational development in diversity and inclusion. The first big successes included founding the LIFT conference and Speaker Series, Election Awareness, Music Showcases, and Allyship with businesses helmed by members of marginalized communities.
