SARGIA was born at the beginning of the global recession, with Georgia’s strong foresight that new mindsets, skillsets and behaviors would be required for leaders to cope with the forthcoming transformation in the business environment.</p><p>Driven by her aim to bridge this leadership gap, Georgia left her industry leadership role and a very successful career in Executive Search to create a Premium, C-Level Leadership Transformation Consultancy focussing on the development of conscious thinking for leaders and the design of a concrete context for change for their organizations.</p><p>10 years have passed, and we are proud to claim that our aim has been materialized.
