Approach: Implemented an omni-channel solution across online, store, and call center platforms. Developed real-time vehicle stock and lead-time updates, with full configurator capabilities. Enabled a fully digital purchase documentation cycle, including financing and test drive booking. Integrated in-store kiosks and a Chrome extension for an enhanced customer experience. Rebrand from being perceived as the cheapest option, to a best value for money one, through a complete website & brand redesign. Unify & integrate with Byggmax’s services bringing everything under one roof: Product Service, Storm, Order Service, Deliveries Service, Customer Service, Store Service, Location Service, Trailer Booking, and the Build Planner. Ensure seamless and error-free data flow between 150+ physical shops. These shops act as warehouses and are responsible for order fulfillment. Products prices and stock levels can be different from one store to another. APPROACH The project methodology is closely based on Agile Scrum Project Management principles and direct client involvement with on-site visits and retail business operations analysis. RESULT All three launches done on-schedule - Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
