The platform enabled customers to browse, configure, and purchase cars online, while also offering the flexibility to complete the process in-store or over the phone. Approach: Implemented an omni-channel solution across online, store, and call center platforms. Developed real-time vehicle stock and lead-time updates, with full configurator capabilities. Enabled a fully digital purchase documentation cycle, including financing and test drive booking. Integrated in-store kiosks and a Chrome extension for an enhanced customer experience. Applied a system engineering approach, aligning teams for smooth development and delivery. Key Highlights: Trade-in options and real-time vehicle valuation by plate number. Digital save checkout feature to continue purchases in-store. Seamless financing with real-time quotes for various purchasing options. In-house production of UX-driven designs to ensure a top-quality user experience. Results: Rockar made history by selling the first cars online on the Magento platform. The first car was sold on the opening day of the platform. The successful launch disrupted the market, leading to the expansion of car brands in the coming years.

APPROACH The project methodology is closely based on Agile Scrum Project Management principles and direct client involvement with on-site visits and retail business operations analysis. RESULT All three launches done on-schedule - Finland, Norway, and Sweden. A re-platformed online store with significantly improved performance and a unified user experience across all Byggmax stores, services, and support. Improved public image through a complete redesign, successful rebranding, and increased brand awareness.
