Sunbulah Group, a leading food manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, partnered with SAP experts to modernize its operations through a comprehensive digital transformation. The project included the implementation and integration of core SAP modules such as FICO, MM, PM, and PP within the SAP ECC environment. Key achievements included streamlining financial operations, automating plant maintenance, and ensuring accurate inventory and procurement processes. The SAP FICO module was configured to handle the entire finance lifecycle, while PM was integrated to manage asset maintenance and reduce equipment downtime effectively. As part of its long-term vision, Sunbulah also transitioned to SAP S/4HANA via the RISE with SAP model, enhancing system performance and scalability. Advanced logistics capabilities were introduced through SAP EWM and TM to improve 3PL operations and warehouse efficiency. Additionally, SAP Concur was deployed to digitize travel and expense management, leading to better compliance and cost control. These initiatives collectively empowered Sunbulah Group with real-time insights, operational agility, and a future-ready ERP landscape.
