Overview About Select Property Services

SPS has an in-house full-time team of 9, headed by its founding partner and Managing Director, Bernard Jauffret, who started as a professional accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (1975 to 1980) in London and worked for the well-known Mauritian accounting and auditing firm BDO De Chazal Du Mée from 1980 to 1994 when he founded SPS. The day-to-day running of SPS is done by Bernard Jauffret,Yan Jauffret and Gilbert Lepoigneur, who have extensive knowledge of the Mauritian property market, and have an accounting and financial background. All SPS staffs are Mauritians and have hands-on experience of the local property market, environment, and legislation.
