Innovative Tracking of Mental Health Symptoms through the Mental Garden App In our meeting with Antoine, the intrapreneur of Mental Garden, he identified a key issue: mental health symptoms are very difficult for doctors to detect. Mental Garden is a mobile app that allows users to monitor daily indicators relevant to assessing their mental health status and its progression. This collaboration aimed to innovate in patient tracking for improved mental health care. Addressing Technical Challenges in Personalization and Security to Ensure Mental Garden’s Success We developed a straightforward application to address the identified needs. Technical challenges included designing customizable questionnaires and securely managing sensitive data. We integrated Metabase to analyze data and provide valuable insights. The development also needed to ensure multi-platform compatibility on both Android and Apple. Finally, we had to engage healthcare professionals to use the app with their patients. Thanks to these efforts, we achieved a retention rate of over 30%, and the app gained significant success in France, particularly during the Covid period. Maintaining User Growth and Engagement through Continuous Improvements Since its launch, Mental Garden has reached 100,000 users, with goals achieved 25% faster than anticipated. Today, the average usage duration is six months, with a rating of 4.4/5 on Google Play. We continue to refine and improve the app by incorporating user feedback to maintain its effectiveness and relevance.
Selego Creates a Custom Video Tool for Animaj Animaj, a $400 million entertainment company, needed an internal tool for publishing videos on YouTube, with automatic thumbnail generation and live streaming capabilities. In response to this need, Selego was called upon for its technical expertise and ability to deliver solutions quickly. Our team took charge of the project from the outset, developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from scratch in just a few weeks. We then iterated on this initial prototype to meet Animaj's evolving needs. Selego Transforms Animaj's Technical Complexity into a Scalable Solution The project presented several technical and organizational challenges right from the start. Integration with the YouTube API and video stream management proved particularly complex. Moreover, the large number of internal users at Animaj required a robust and scalable solution. To overcome these challenges, we structured our work into several key phases: Week 1: Project setup and YouTube API configuration Week 2: Application and scheduling screen creation Week 3: Addition of thumbnail customization features Week 4: Production deployment of the application The main deliverables of this project included an application for automated video upload and scheduling, as well as detailed code documentation. The project included several essential components such as the thumbnail generator, video scheduler, playlist management, tag creation, and live streaming. Two Years Later, Selego Continues to Boost Animaj's Growth Selego continues to play an active role in this project, now in the internalization phase after two years of collaboration. We have contributed to several major achievements, including Animaj's €100 million fundraising and the onboarding of dozens of users who now use the platform daily. Today, the application is used daily by over 10 people, significantly improving the efficiency of the Animaj team. They are very satisfied with the results.
Revolutionizing SME finance while overcoming performance challenges Finotor, an innovative fintech specializing in financial management solutions for SMEs, aimed to revolutionize financial management for small and medium-sized enterprises. However, their platform faced significant performance and scalability issues, compromising their ability to attract new clients and satisfy existing ones. Optimizing performance, scalability, and security The project with Finotor was marked by several major technical challenges: Performance and Scalability Improvement: Selego conducted a thorough technical audit, followed by a complete architectural redesign and optimization of databases and code. The result: a platform speed tripled, providing a significantly improved user experience. Stability and Reliability: We strengthened the platform, eliminating critical outages and increasing service availability to 99.9%, ensuring essential continuity for Finotor's financial operations. Scalability to Support Growth: Selego developed a flexible architecture enabling Finotor to handle a user load five times greater than before our intervention, effectively supporting their growth. Data Security: By integrating advanced security protocols, Selego reduced vulnerabilities by 80%, ensuring optimal protection of Finotor's sensitive client data. Turning a Vision into Technological Reality At the start of his journey with Money Walkie, Raphaël was searching for a CTO to bring his vision of an educational and fun solution for teaching kids about money management to life. Through a mutual connection, we were introduced to the project and decided to join the team to take on the role of CTO, with the mission to structure and develop the technological platform. From Idea to Product in 4 Weeks The studio acted as the technical co-founder of the startup, taking charge of product delivery by starting with the creation of the MVP in just 4 weeks and onboarding the first users. This was sufficient to secure a pre-seed funding round of €700,000. A monthly budget of €15,000 was agreed upon for technology, which equates to 2 senior developers working full-time on the solution, including the backend, admin, and mobile application (Android and iOS). Towards a Series A Funding Round Since 2021, we have continued to support Money Walkie with all its technological needs, having helped recruit and onboard key internal talent. The startup is experiencing ongoing growth, securing significant contracts, and actively preparing for its Series A funding round.

UX/UI Redesign: We redesigned the app’s interface to be more intuitive and visually appealing, focusing on core functionalities like content sharing, community interaction, and subscription management. Stripe Integration for Subscriptions: We implemented a seamless payment and subscription system using Stripe, allowing athletes to easily manage their premium content and generate revenue. OneSignal Push Notifications: We integrated OneSignal to handle push notifications, keeping users engaged with timely updates and personalized messages that encourage app usage. Deployment to App Stores: We managed the deployment process, ensuring a smooth release on both iOS and Android platforms, with close monitoring of user feedback and rapid iteration to address any issues Ongoing Support for an Optimal User Experience The new version of Climby has significantly enhanced user experience, leading to increased engagement and improved subscription rates. Athletes now have a powerful tool to manage their followers, monetise their content, and connect with their community in a streamlined and engaging way.
