Inventors of the world's best portable water filters, Lifestraw's roots in the outdoor space have grown to encompass all things water filtration. With a goal to find the perfect balance to also support their home products, they sought our services because of our heavy experience in both the outdoors and lifestyle industries. A natural fit, we upgraded them to Shopify Plus, reengineered their architecture, and built out a custom theme for the fully custom design/UX we created. With 30+ years of multi generational plastic manufacturing expertise, RotopaX strives to provide excellent products to support whatever your hobby is, wherever it may take you. RotopaX is the original manufacturer of mountable fuel packs—the ultimate solution for reliable fuel, water, and gear storage on any outdoor adventure. Their products are easily the best in the industry, but their previous site wasn't the right vessel to capture the lifestyle of the target customers or harness the huge potential of higher sales. When they approached us they were platform agnostic, but it became clear that Shopify Plus would be a great fit. Levi's needs no introduction. It all started in San Francisco when the news of the California Gold Rush made its way east, and the rest is...history. Yeah, they're the original, but they've also been innovating since they invented the blue jean in 1873. Despite such a rich legacy, Levi Strauss' former website was, well, a little too vintage! We wear Levi's almost every day, so it was hard not to get excited about the opportunity to collaborate with our pals at Iron Creative to code out their new designs from the cuffs up. With an ambitious timeline, we unveiled a new home for their corporate web presence just in time for their upcoming IPO. The new Levi Strauss site serves as the hub of their entire corporate identity. It's not only the backbone for their Levi's, Dockers, Denizen, and Signature brands—it's also the vehicle for their story, values, careers, investors, press, and everything in between. With a bold UX coupled with an extremely content-focused site, we opted for an entirely custom WordPress-based build. Now they're so prolific, you can stock up on their mindful treats whether you're in Whole Foods, 7-Eleven, Walmart, the gas station down the street, or 30 other countries worldwide. With a huge B2B business, Lenny & Larry's sought us out to better cater their online presence towards direct consumers. Previously on a custom proprietary setup, making changes to their site was arduous and cost-prohibitive. Driven by their belief that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the water, Santa Barbara Aquatics set out to build a dive shop that would provide not only top-notch equipment but also exceptional training and unforgettable aquatic experiences. With years of expertise and a genuine desire to make a difference, Santa Barbara Aquatics was born. With a thriving local swim and dive class business located in Santa Barbara, they also quietly became the premier shop on Amazon to find the best diving gear available. That being said, the company's branding remained an afterthought and didn't distill their mission, story, or visual identity in a way that would gain proper recognition or customer loyalty. With new marketing directives on the horizon, they enlisted our services for a comprehensive rebrand that redefined their visuals, voice, collateral, and messaging across the board. Suffering from BigCommerce syndrome, their previous site was outdated and wasn't putting them in a position to do more business directly versus relying heavily on Amazon. To put it simply: they’re the label to beat. Now a subsidiary of BMG, we’ve been working with Rise for years and were super excited to give their site a long-overdue refresh. The site we originally built for them was backed by a custom CMS and relied on a link to a third party service for selling their merch online. With over 40 years specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of all things quartz, GM needed a fresh, modern face to further cement them as the leader in their field for years to come. We had the opportunity to refresh GM's entire brand top to bottom—naming, website, signage, photography, print collateral, etc. Formerly known as GM Associates, our initial workshops uncovered the possibility of refining their name as it was feeling a bit too stuffy and vague. We encouraged simplifying it to GM Quartz as the clear choice. Straightforward and to the point, it references their original name to avoid confusing existing customers, while making it obvious that they are quartz manufacturers.   Bringing GM into the modern age was at the forefront when designing their new site. We migrated them from an archaic e-commerce setup to a decked-out Shopify implementation. The homepage was designed to reinforce their new branding, give customers a clear overview of what services they offer, and encourage more online sales in an industry where it’s not the norm. Howlin' is THE place to go for Nashville-style fried chicken in LA. They're pretty busy... like lines out the door and around the block busy. Mmmmmm. Howlin’ Rays had a problem. The demand for their crispy fried goodness was too high. Sounds like a good problem to have, but preordering for large groups and their ability to properly take, fill and deliver on those orders was a logistical challenge better left alone. That of course, is where we came in. One of Howlin's biggest goals was a way for people, parties, or companies to order ahead of time. After some unsuccessful attempts with other agencies, they trusted us to take the project on, get it done, and get it done right. We scrapped what they had already started and developed an ultra custom restaurant preorder system right inside Shopify tied in with a few juicy little nuggets of Wordpress.
