Objective:  To develop an entertainment app that enables users to choose the most exciting events (cinema, concerts, exhibitions etc.) according to their location, interests and plans.   Solution:  When our team received this project, the application was already half-done, but the result of the previous developers left much to be desired. Thus, firstly we had to introduce a lot of changes to the solution existing at that time and rewrite the code. Another challenge was the state of app’s UI/UX which required a lot of effort, too. To define what would be the best for the app, we decided to conduct thorough target audience research and competitor analysis, and used it as the basis for the further design and development. The result of our efforts is the app notable for: – integration with user profile in social networks, as well as identifying user preferences – saving and sharing information – data personalization – filter system to specify the search – engaging and simple user experience. Objective:  To develop an Android application for Sony retailer’s merchandisers aimed to facilitate their daily working routine, raise their productivity, and provide the retailer with better control over their work. Result: We developed a client server application that enables merchandisers to prepare reports including shelf display photos, display tables, and  information about competitors using Android tablet. Completed reports can then be sent to the headquarters server for analysis with just a few clicks. The first launch was focused on tennis, but later the app can be easily modified for use with other kinds of sports. A long-term goal is to combine it with a social network. The app’s concept is based on the competitive nature of the target audience – amateur tennis players. The main peculiarity of the project is two mobile applications that allow sellers to take photos of their campaign products and post them online, while store owners can help their clients to follow the campaigns’ updates and get various bonuses. The app has to be easily scalable up to 1 million users as well as support all latest iPhone models and iOS versions. Result: AdMark is a complex solution comprising two mobile applications and a web interface for administration and analytics, which helps stores and boutiques to promote their offers and discounts, and also to connect more closely with their customers and provide them with better shopping experience.
