We collaborated with RAVAPI to create a robust, user-friendly carrier management system that streamlined their administrative processes and improved overall efficiency. Our custom software solution helped automate processes, securely store data, and enhance productivity for both employees and customers. Key features of the project included: Custom web application for use on computers and mobile devices Fleet management and vehicle event history tracking Automation of customer registration and data/file management HR and payroll management functionalities User and company branch management System audit to monitor changes Responsive design for optimal user experience on all devices During the collaboration, we maintained close communication with RAVAPI via video chat, phone, and email. We also provided access to our project management software to keep them informed on the progress and simplify the feature request process. To ensure a smooth transition, we prepared a user manual and conducted training on using the new system. Post-implementation, we continue to support RAVAPI by developing new modules and helping them adapt to evolving market conditions.

The website, available in Polish, English, and Ukrainian, complies with Material Design standards. Our team carried out the entire process comprehensively, from concept to deployment, also taking care of infrastructure maintenance. The website features a content management system (CMS) based on Strapi for easy content updates and a contact form for companies and candidates. With the new website, Vista Start Group gained a professional online image, leading to an increase in potential business partners and candidates seeking temporary work. Our collaboration has contributed to the ongoing success and growth of their business.
