Softshark worked with FocalPointsAI to build a portal for agents to better communicate with their teams. FocalPointsAI is a powerful tool that provides deep analysis of interaction data, enabling agents to stay organized and improve their skills quickly. With FocalPointsAI, leaders have the ability to focus on the skills that are directly correlated to business outcomes, which in turn helps improve the overall health of the company. The portal for FocalPointsAI is designed with managers in mind, providing them with clear insights and understanding of how interactions can be handled the best using a single platform for the team.

Softshark collaborated with TracFone Wireless to develop a portal for telecommunication solutions, taking into consideration the company's status as a subsidiary of one of the largest phone providers in the US, Verizon Communications. Our team prioritized crucial features in the telecommunications industry, including mobile responsiveness, fast loading times, and easy navigation. These elements ensured that TracFone's users could access the portal from any device and easily find the information they needed. In addition to these technical aspects, we also worked closely with TracFone to ensure that their brand was accurately represented. We developed a modern design and clean interface that was consistent with their branding guidelines, and implemented features that would enhance the user experience.

Softshark created a contact center platform for Untangl that enables seamless communication between customers and support representatives. The platform is designed to be user-friendly and efficient, with features such as automatic call routing and real-time reporting.
