A client from Finland requested SoftTeco to develop a CRM platform for managing veterinary clinics. Our team developed the solution almost from scratch, updating an existing system and introducing new functionality to meet the client’s needs.  The platform allows clinic owners to efficiently manage operations, schedule appointments, maintain a client database, monitor payments, and comply with regulatory requirements. Hosted on the Google Cloud Platform, the system ensures high performance and secure data handling. We also integrated the system with external diagnostic laboratories such as IDEXX to facilitate seamless diagnostic testing and established connections to government systems via XROAD for efficient and compliant medication management.
