<p>STAT Logistics International, Inc. was originally founded in 1992 as Freight Solutions International, Inc. In 1996, the founders entered into a joint venture by selling forty percent of the company and successfully built Freight Solutions International to over 50 million dollars in annual revenue.</p><p>In June 2001 the founders sold their remaining sixty percent interest in the joint venture company, while retaining their original company and changing its name to STAT Logistics International, Inc.</p><p>In 2002 the original founders of Freight Solutions International, Inc. with more than 35 years of combined experience emerged with STAT Logistics International, Inc., a full service domestic and international provider of customized transportation and logistics services.</p>
