How We Did It Challenge For years Bird Dog Traffic Control had zero online presence, completely relying on referrals and word of mouth. Once they hit a plateau, they began finding other ways to bring on new business. They came to us needing a website and a marketing strategy to expand into new states in the Southeast US, generate more large contracts, and increase topline revenue. Approach We designed a responsive and user-friendly website for the client that is easy to use and search engine friendly. We then gathered market research across the Southeast US. THis helped develop an integrated marketing strategy that included local optimization, SEO and PPC. Results Our efforts resulted in 129% more leads from multiple states and 158% more phone calls. How We Did It Challenge MedSource Imaging is a third-party provider for hologic mammography systems, parts and services for healthcare centers. They wanted to increase their product sales and grow their customer base in the USA through targeted marketing. Because of their niche business model, the results of their marketing efforts like SEO have been negligible. Approach We developed an SEO and content strategy backed by comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to improve their rankings for competitive and sales driven keywords. Our main focus was targeting low competition keywords for easy wins, and posting more content to send SEO signals that Medsource Imaging is an industry authority. Results In the first quarter of working with the TA, MedSource saw a 118% increase in relevant organic traffic to its website, 74% increase in user engagement, and 158% increase in page views. This indirectly led to an increase in leads and sales for the company.
