One of the challenges for the recruitment team in Poland was to recruit 5 Account Specialist to join the teams in Germany (with knowledge of German) and the Netherlands (with knowledge of Dutch and French). At that time, Trans.eu recruiters were conducting 30 recruitment processes for the headquarters, so their resources were very limited. The Trans.eu project was supported by one of the Talent Place community recruiters who knows the German labor market very well and is fluent in German and French. Thanks to that, during interviews with the candidates she was able to communicate freely with them and immediately verify their language level, which significantly shortened the whole process. Talent Place was tasked with providing 10 recommendations and the goal was met 100%. Talent Place, through a networked community of recruiters, reached out directly to candidates who were a match for the potential role. As a result the project in the Netherlands was a 100% success.

In order to be able to achieve these goals the group places great emphasis on the internal development of its Contact Center division. Due to the fast-paced nature of employee development and promotions the group is continuously seeking candidates for entry-level positions and Client Advisors. Credit Agricole decided to partner with Talent Place. The first joint project involved 50 referrals (i.e. 50 candidate referrals) and was 100% completed. As Credit Agricole’s customer base grows the number of resources needed to build a positive customer experience increases. By partnering with Talent Place, Credit Agricole is hiring up to 50% more employees. According to the data provided by the Bank, as many as 98 candidates selected by Talent Place were hired in the first half of 2019.
Recruiting programmers for internships at Microsoft is international. This makes it challenging to reach a group of students with a certain range of competencies. When the biggest difficulty for the customer turned out to be recruitment in Hungary Microsoft decided to cooperate with Talent Place and base the recruitment campaign on the crowdstaffing method. This cooperation started thanks to Notatek.pl platform, which previously supported Microsoft recruitment processes in Poland and belongs together with Talent Place to Everuptive Group. Talent Place was entrusted with implementing a recruitment campaign in Budapest to reach out to ambitious students with IT and marketing backgrounds and recommend them for an internship and graduate program at Microsoft. The client wanted people who would qualify for the student program to meet internal company criteria, which included English language proficiency. The best experts in the student environment turned out to be…. students! That’s why Talent Place engaged its youngest recruiters who understand the student environment and are a part of it. Thanks to Talent Place’s verification of the competences and basic criteria of the candidates the applications which were submitted to the Client were more suitable.Talent Place met 100% of the agreed recruitment target and the delivered candidates had the competencies sought by Microsoft.
The company chose Talent Place’s subscription model, which provided them with an experienced HR Business Partner and a preferential rate for finding 1 person for the UX / UI Designer position. A dedicated Client Success Manager from Talent Place kept in touch with the company, provided all information about the project, managed the recruitment process, interviewed candidates, sent recommendations and ultimately made candidates an offer. On the client’s side was only the verification of candidates submitted by Talent Place. In addition to the recruitment project the company benefited from the support of an experienced HR Business Partner, whose task was to conduct interviews with employees, audit internal HR processes and prepare a human resources management strategy. The company did not have an internal HR team, so this solution was a valuable and flexible solution. Thanks to the speed of the recruitment process based on crowdstaffing, it was possible to deliver a sufficient number of quality recommendations within 4 weeks, from which the client decided to hire 1 person for the desired position.
In May 2020, ABB Poland faced a challenge to recruit students to join a one-year internship program at the Controlling & Planning Center of Excellence in Kraków and ód . Candidates had to meet several important criteria: - availability to work 30-40 hours per week - finance, accounting, economics, mathematics or related studies - English language skills at a minimum level B2 - German language skills as an asset - knowledge of Excel on at least intermediate level (knowledge of VBA as an asset) In three weeks of soliciting internship candidates Talent Place collected 174 applications. After an initial review of candidates’ resumes 61 individuals meeting the recruitment criteria were recommended to the client. 33 candidates participated in the Assessment Center and 15 of them were hired. By partnering with Talent Place, ABB was able to not only recruit matched candidates in a short period of time, but also move the entire Assessment Center process to the online world. And it’s been very successful – both for ABB and the candidates – students applying for the internship program.
project44 received funding for the development of the company and thus decided to expand its teams in Poland and the Netherlands. For this purpose, new employees were recruited to the Talent Aquisition team. During the collaboration: IT Recruiter made 8 IT hires between March 2021 and August 2021: 2 for the position of Senior Software Developer, 1 Frontend Engineering Consultant, 1 Frontend Software Engineer, 1 DevOps Engineer, 1 Software Engineer, 1 Software Developer in Test and 1 Associate Python Developer. When the team expanded to include a recruiter specializing in language roles 3 hires were made with languages in just the first month. As part of the service project44 was able to select individuals from the community who met the company’s expectations. Replacement was also guaranteed in the event of the absence of any of the recruiters. Recruiters contracted with Talent Place worked under the client’s supervision and brand.
