Mr. Nick Pham is a practicing Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He holds an MBA degree and is a Certified Sarbanes-Oxley Expert. Mr. Nick Pham is an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent. He has many years of experiences in accounting, taxes, tax audits and advisory. He is knowledgeable regarding current and new tax laws and tax systems. Working closely with The Firm's Team, he has resolved various complex tax situations and successfully closed many IRS & Franchise Tax Board audit cases. He has helped clients recover from their most challenging tax and financial situations. He finds suitable solutions for each of his clients.
