The Challenge Our client called on us improve their SEO. The challenge was to rise above competitors in the search engines, increase their market share, and improve organic turnover. The Solution We conducted in-depth keyword research on how their target audience searched and identified a gap in this highly competitive space. We focussed on the locations where ukbreakaways offer holidays, creating in-depth content and guides for each location to demonstrate the quality of the website and the product, aligned with the new top level keyword approach. The Results As a result of the content-led strategy we achieved a 134% increase in organic traffic. The campaign generated hundreds of thousands of pounds of sales from organic traffic, resulting in a 3170% return.
Over a year, organic site traffic grew by over 268%, with over 100 new first page query-led rankings. Much of the content was seen to be the most authoratitive piece by Google, resulting in many position zero results through direct answer results. On site engagement increased and the brand increased it's online authority with a library of high quality, user intent led content
