I have earned a reputation for high quality work, client-centric service, and providing outstanding value. I’ve accomplished this through a passion for my work and a love of serving the individuals that come to me for help.

I've spent over twenty years working in the corporate world and small business community in leadership, coaching, client service and human resource roles. Six years ago, I started Thrive Consulting. I work with clients one-on-one to deliver career services that help client find career success. I serve clients who are moving on after a down-sizing, moving up to a higher-level position or seeking a better or different opportunity. I believe that no one should stay in a job that makes them feel unhappy, bored, underappreciated, or undervalued.

I offer a variety of career services including career transition assistance, resume and cover letter development, LinkedIn profile enhancement, interview preparation, assessments, and specialized career coaching. I deliver valuable strategic guidance and insight into all these relevant areas.

It’s never enough to rest on what I know today. I stay current on the strategies and tactics that are relevant and effective in today’s job market by learning from the most successful experts around the country. The career landscape changes quickly and often so it’s my job to stay engaged and current. I owe it to my clients to provide the most up-to-date, effective information possible…and that’s what they get.

I also work with clients wishing to start their own business. I provide strategic guidance, branding services, website development, content creation, and other services critical to business start-ups.
