Our client is a well-established fintech provider known for its wide range of merchant and payment processing services. With years of experience and strong relationships with banks and lenders, they had a front-row view into how lenders operate, including the pain points they struggle with every day. One challenge stood out above the rest: loan management. Payments within lending workflows were scattered, making it difficult to get a clear snapshot of active or past-due loans. Onboarding new customers was slow, and manual processes often led to documentation errors, delays, and heavy administrative workloads. Our client saw a clear gap in the market. One that they had witnessed firsthand through their own clients’ struggles. They wanted to tap into this opportunity and provide a cloud-based loan management system that could tackle these problems: a platform that combined the ease of use with powerful features to tackle the industry’s most pressing issues head-on.

Our client, an Australia-based e-commerce company, operated multiple online stores for promotional products and corporate gifts. As demand grew across Australia and New Zealand, so did their operations. Orders were pouring in from every direction, and the business was scaling faster than its processes could keep up. Each store functioned in isolation. Orders had to be fetched separately, inventory was tracked across different tools, and the team spent hours coordinating updates. Simple tasks took longer than they should, and the lack of visibility began to affect both efficiency and the customer experience. The client needed a better way to organize everything. A centralized order management system could consolidate orders, sync inventory, generate quotes, and manage suppliers from a single location. We built a unified platform that streamlined their backend. We rolled out an internal solution, but it soon evolved into a Saas product that now helps other sellers manage their online orders just as smoothly.

Our client is a UK-based garment technologist with years of experience working with global fashion brands. Having traveled extensively and worked hands-on with designers, factories, and suppliers, the client saw the industry’s challenges up close: fast-changing trends, scattered data, and endless Excel sheets trying to hold everything together. Right from designs to store shelves, they witnessed how critical product details often got lost across files, emails, and manual processes. It slowed teams down, created miscommunication, and left no single source of truth for managing different products at scale. That’s when the client realized the gap and what the industry really needed: a dedicated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution designed for the fashion industry.
