METRORED is the biggest outpatient service network in Ecuador. We built a website and an app that improved their communication channels so that they can offer a more personalized and improved service through an ecommerce for appointment scheduling. Using machine learning and big data the app can predict the likelihood of attendance (or not) of an existing user and can offer the service desk valuable information on how to optimize time and resources. The app also knows about times of the day with low scheduling rates and it includes a feature to offer differential pricing to incentivize scheduling on these time frames using differential pricing. A platform for online medical services is integrated as well.  METRORED has improved their operations and their customers have been the prime beneficiaries.

KFC wanted to expand its digital footprint in the LATAM region.  We provided a robust App and website experience filled with AI-driven features that help them increase conversions and retain customer loyalty. Scalable and easy to manage, this system feeds hungry customers that show up in droves, providing them a secure and always available experience.  It is the top-selling App in its market and it has been launched successfully to four countries where it is rapidly growing.
