METRORED is the biggest outpatient service network in Ecuador. We built a website and an app that improved their communication channels so that they can offer a more personalized and improved service through an ecommerce for appointment scheduling. Using machine learning and big data the app can predict the likelihood of attendance (or not) of an existing user and can offer the service desk valuable information on how to optimize time and resources. The app also knows about times of the day with low scheduling rates and it includes a feature to offer differential pricing to incentivize scheduling on these time frames using differential pricing.
