CHALLENGES Helpp Technologies wanted a complete solution including Mobile apps, website, and backend focused on the facilitation of home services. For Helpp Technologies specific and unique nature of requirements, we built a custom solution for Helpp. Below we have listed some of the challenges: Automation of in-home. The home services sector is highly complex and it is a challenge to build and operate a platform that has various market verticals working seamlessly on it. It's a lot more complex, you have multiple categories and every service is different. For example, the pricing of various services is unknown and it is a challenge for us to pull the right prices for customers. This is a constant evolution journey that requires internal teams to be heavy on modeling and designing systems really well. We build all the technology needed in-house through our team of engineers. Different domains of home services under one solution acted as a challenge as the business had the vision to connect all home services under one roof. Order fulfillment and assigning orders to the partners to get the correct orders to customers by the promised due date at the lowest possible cost. Users are hesitant to let the partners enter without having a solid background check and verification. SOLUTIONS Our development and marketing teams met a hefty collaboration, resulting in a user-friendly app, that contained each partner's operation times and other helpful details to aid users in placing orders. To enable accurate location mapping, we integrated the app with Google’s user-centric APIs. This ensured a smooth and seamless user journey, every step of the way. Automated order booking system through the Mobile App (Android & iOS) and Website through which your website and on the mobile app, guests will be able to self-book and pay through your website, or other channels, while giving you the best tools to run and scale your operation. Automated order fulfillment system was integrated which eased up the manual process of order processing and fullfillment for the users. Product/Services management system through the backend enabled the company to schedule its operations based on daily updates Intelligent algorithm and Geo fence-based order assignments to partners which trigger an action when a device enters a set location. Intelligent Algorithm based order time scheduling system according to available resources Location-based pricing is a pricing strategy that provides different prices for services depending on where they're being provided. Partners Payroll/Commission management to help manage and track the commissions and payroll Partners earn by accommodating services. Automated Partner induction system which is continuously monitoring partners' performance during probation. Automated partner exit system which involves partner performance/efficiency related to different parameters being monitored automatically. Shifaam Shifaam.com enables doctors and patients to conduct video appointments, schedule lab tests, deliver medication and provide first-aid on childhood epilepsy through a helpline, all from the safety and comfort of the home. Shifaam is simple to use and offers complete functionality via the website (desktop/mobile) as well as the android & iOS apps. You can now book appointments with ease using your credit card or choose from multiple payment methods. CHALLENGES Trango Tech has aided Shifaam in overcoming its day-to-day challenges. This software as a solution is the need of the time. It has made onboarding of healthcare professionals onto the virtual platform and online appointments extremely convenient and accessible. SOLUTIONS Before Covid, medical technologies were struggling to survive. However, the postCovid era marked a turning point for these technologies, allowing video consultations between patients and medical professionals. RPM - Remote patient monitoring - was made available to help patients and doctors communicate more effectively. Within these, examinations for the heart rate, blood pressure, weight and blood sugar were given. For real-time information, an add-on function that allows patients to make reports has also proved beneficial. The evaluation of patient data in bulk is performed using artificial intelligence (AI). As part of the solution, doctors were given options for treatment plans and diagnoses based on the medical histories of the patients. By bridging the gap and enabling quick and effective video calling,Twilio was used to link doctors and patients. The maintenance of Electronic Medical Records is maintained through this solution. OAKS A clothing brand started back 8 years ago by Star textile mills, offering a fashionable yet the most comfortable and long-lasting cloth to wear in four seasons. Oaks opt for a brick-and-mortar business model from the beginning. Where stores were less challenging e-commerce as the market they were penetrating is the most unpredictable. CHALLENGES As Oaks is an e-commerce apparel brand, the biggest challenge was a fully optimized and excellent user experience avoiding load speed issues and lack of security authentication and trust marks. We made sure throughout the whole process that Oaks was delivered with an optimized e-commerce platform backed with Laravel which was best suited for this type of customized heavy website. SYSTEMS Contact Centre Solution (call center) calls for all the orders to be verified in 3 points, first verification is on the name, the second is on the address and the third is the product they have selected. Backend custom dashboard showing sales, trends, revenue, and growth. Warehouse management system (Inventory management through WMS, Inbounding, and outbounding of products, the assortment of the product). RESULT By adding our expertise we have provided our client with Payment modules, a fresh way to look at numbers via the dashboards. With the help of a marketing survey, we have identified the demographics of potential customers like age, location, behavior, and interest. Which has led them to grow ~26X more than before us. The Tri-outsource delivery mechanism helped them to deliver in 24hrs in some cities and 48hrs in most of the cities. WMS barcode verification has reduced the wrong article dispatching to ~ 0.5% and cancellation of orders has dropped to ~50%.
