Data Infrastructure: AWS IoT Core for real-time data processing and BackOffice systems for analytics, notifications, and business logic. The system was designed to replace fragmented, paper-based processes with a real-time, fully digital solution that connects residents, municipal departments, and service contractors in one unified ecosystem. The platform is now a central hub for receiving, assigning, tracking, and reporting on thousands of service requests: from potholes and broken lighting to sanitation, landscaping, and emergency responses. 8Move helps cities modernize how they handle public service requests. It replaces slow, manual processes with a real-time digital platform that connects citizens, departments, and contractors. The System Automatically Assigns the Task Once submitted, the platform: Identifies the correct department or contractor based on the problem type and location Assigns the request to the appropriate regional branch or field team Dispatches the task to the mobile app of the responsible crew 3.
