Prior to joining Trojan CRE, Tim was an agent with Austin Company Commercial Real Estate for 17 years. In these 17 years, Tim has developed skills and qualifications in sales and leasing contract negotiations, buyers and tenant representation, land assemblages, property management, real estate consulting and city zoning. Tim has sold and leased over 35 million dollars’ worth of business. Tim’s a member of the Society of Commercial Realtors and the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. Past committee member of Fort Worth Citizen Advisory board and FWISD Human Relations committee. Tim has over 40 years of experience in management, customer relations, and services, marketing and sales.</p>
