Our UK based 24/7 Help desk was one of the first in the voice arena to offer interactive on-line web portal reporting and our teams of engineers provide a rapid, on-site presence to ensure our mean times to repair are amongst the lowest in the industry. Our key differentiator is that TTC are systems integrators and therefore we do not push single products onto our clients. We analyse each business need and present several suitable solutions each with their own attributes – whether it’s a single telephone or a complex unified communications solution across many countries.
