The Background The marketing department at NBC Universal approached us with two problems: There was no effective and engaging way for them to share and present the ROI of their advertisements to their customers while keeping them updated regularly. The process to customize advertisement plans based on a budget and timeline was a manual and cumbersome process. The client wanted a solution that was fast and intelligent. It seamlessly allows you to securely control, direct, script, film, and collaborate on impactful video projects within one streamlined platform using your existing equipment, teams, and workflows. Background OpenReel used to run a video production studio that was based out of New York City. During their growth phase, they realized how resource-intensive and expensive video shoots were. Their hands-on experience in the space showed them an opportunity to streamline the process of creating professional-quality video content. The idea was formed to create a SaaS platform that will make it easier and cheaper for businesses to create video content. In 2017, Unified Infotech was chosen as the technology partner after impressing the client with our unique consultative approach during pre-sales where numerous ideas were brought to the table. The Solution After in-depth research, we customized a highly sophisticated platform with a patented remote video technology through which you can remotely control the resolution, frames-per-second and stabilizer settings on the Subject’s device. Users can view volume, battery and connectivity to ensure a successful shoot. You can capture multiple angles for high production value, as well as record a panel with up to four different Subjects on disparate devices in multiple locations. The solution also consisted of a smart piece of technology that would turn the Subject’s device into a teleprompter during filming, allowing the Subject to read from a script during live shoots. Collaborators can adjust scrolling speed and font size to the Subject’s preferences, as well as make script edits in real time. Apart from their subscription-based translation management tool, a majority of their customers wanted to have their own Identity Provider (IDP) through a Single Sign On (SSO) system, tailored to their needs. The client approached us to build a web-based middleware application with SSO capabilities that will connect with the existing translation management tool and deliver a better and more personalized experience to the end users. Additionally, with the implementation of the middleware, this translation tool offers further customized screens to its users and improves user engagement. The Challenge CQ Fluency required an efficient tool that would integrate with the existing translation management system to boost customer engagement and offer personalized assistance from a single platform. The application allowed CQ Fluency’s customers to connect with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) through Simple Objective Access Protocol (SOAP) APIs from their existing translation management system, and access all of its functionalities within the middleware platform based on the business requirements. Background While eShipper had good website traffic, their conversion rate was extremely low and their branding was ineffective. This was because eShipper’s website’s UI/UX design was backdated, the web pages were not optimized and the site was not compliant with standard accessibility guidelines. Background Wineshipping, America’s largest wine distribution organization, reached out to us to improve lead generation and the on-site sales validation process. They wanted a fresh, interactive and lively feel for the whole website. Wineshipping wanted us to deliver a unique website that not only attracts users and guides them throughout their user journey, but also converts and leaves the user with a fresh memory. We kickstarted the process with a strategy that would help our client accomplish their goals in the liquor industry and strengthen their standing in the competitive market. The Challenge Since the current website had issues acquiring and maintaining leads, the goal was to develop an optimized website that appealed to users, increased engagement and boosted conversion rates. The primary focus was on the UI and UX of the website, to maximize the user’s journey and experience. The Approach To fulfill our client’s goals, we approached the challenges based on the data derived from our competitor analysis, identifying the target market and defining the user journey with a storytelling approach. We used different marketing tools such as SEMRush, Moz and Google Analytics to understand the user’s needs and loopholes. We applied the industry best-practices and delved deeper into their SWOT Analysis, Empathy Mapping and Information Architecture (IA) of the website along with defining the UI guideline.
