Upsilon partnered with Oculocare medical, a digital health company based in Switzerland, on the development of the Alleye platform, a telemedicine service in ophthalmology. It consists of two components: a mobile app for patients and a web application for healthcare professionals. The Alleye app allows patients to detect and monitor retinal diseases. Healthcare professionals can access their patient’s results via alleye.io, a modern web application delivering complete security and compliance, including EU GDPR and HIPAA. The platform's growing impact in ophthalmology can be illustrated by the following numbers: 138% increase in tests performed compared to 2020; > 85% of patients are correctly classified when monitoring age-related macular degeneration and diabetic macular edema; 80% of patients getting an Alleye alarm showed signs of progression in macular disease. We helped our customer, a Music Tech Company, develop a web version of their Social Music Platform. The Music Tech Company’s goal was to bring its Social Music Platform to the web in order to reach more users who prefer to use browsers rather than mobile applications. UpsilonIT team was tasked with delivering three functional and visual parts: music playback, playlist management, and user profile design. After 5 months of work, our team provided the client with an effective solution: a full-featured all-in-one web application for music recording, producing, streaming, and sharing.
