Mount Sinai Hospital’s new Parenting Center, with support from the Bezos Family Foundation, aims to transform pediatric healthcare by training healthcare providers and conducting research to advance scientific knowledge. Utility partnered with Mount Sinai and the Bezos Foundation to design and develop a new digital portal for both medical residents and new parents, as well a brand new E-Learning system to serve more than 3 hours of animated educational content.
Bleacher Report partnered with Jim Beam to develop a new type of sports trivia game that users can play anywhere, with anyone, anytime. The new game is part of B/R’s wider “Fam Favorite” initiative and associated campaigns. Utility partnered with Bleacher Report to design and build out the the new “Fam Favorite” trivia product, meant to be played in a “Heads Up” style, live and in-person with friends.
For the global relaunch of the Stride Gum brand, Stride delivered the most thrilling 2.5 minutes of live content of the year, when Luke Aikins became the first person to jump 25,000 feet from an airplane with no parachute in an event known as “Heaven Sent.” Utility teamed up with Stride Gum (Mondel z International) to design and develop a mobile app game to complement the Heaven Sent event, allowing millions of users to simulate the experience in a gamified, social way.
Founded by the ultra-successful film studio Happy Madison Productions, UrLife captures your life’s moments and turns them into professional-grade video trailers, handmade and Hollywood level. Utility partnered with UrLife to design and build out all mobile apps and web platforms, allowing users to manage heavy media streaming, create their own person trailers, and collaborate with Hollywood editors in real-time.
Dearduck is changing the art of gifting, offering an AI-based social gifting mobile application that makes the entire gifting process more efficient, and more fun. Utility partnered with Dearduck to design, architect and build out all mobile applications, helping to garner three rounds of seed and institutional funding, as well as entrance into prestigious women-led incubators.

Utility partnered with Verizon to design and develop all digital applications and experiences, including event information, ticketing and registration, mobile check-ins and sales team meeting management.
Samsung continued their partnership with Lil Wayne by teaming up for an action-packed mobile app inspired by Lil Wayne’s passion for skateboarding. Utility partnered with Samsung and Lil Wayne’s team to design and develop the brand new engaging mobile app game, to be played and shared by millions of fans around the world. The game was featured at the global E3 Conference, where it was showcased alongside a wide variety of Samsung’s new VR and gaming technologies.
Founded by the head doctor of the Miami Marlins and other professional and collegiate sports programs, SirenMD connects doctors, trainers and management in a protected, HIPAA compliant environment. Utility served as lead design and technology agency to build out all of SirenMD’s mobile apps and infrastructure, and helped pave the way for the many dozens of professional and collegiate sports partnerships SirenMD has secured.
Kickwheel is today’s leading college social network, allowing prospective, incoming and current students to communicate in safe and efficient way. Utility partnered with Kickwheel to design and develop the entire suite of mobile apps and web platforms form the ground up, across iOS, Android and desktop devices.

TOOR is a smarter and safer way to discover and access real estate properties. Securing investment from real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran, TOOR turned heads on Shark Tank as this Smart Lockbox product spawned a legendary bidding war. Utility was selected to steer all mobile app design and technology for TOOR, including highly complex Smart Lockbox integration based on cutting-edge software for a never-seen-before approach to residence access.
Airbnb’s third-annual global conference, the Airbnb Open, welcomed 20,000+ hosts from 100+ countries to LA for a week of social collaboration and learning, speaker panels and specialty classes, capped off by a star-studded awards show and music. Utility has served as the digital arm of the Airbnb Open since 2015, designing and developing all web and mobile platforms surrounding the event, from online registration, itinerary planning, and dynamic micro-event ticketing, to various on-site engagement tools and immersive social experiences.
