As Symbol Security was a new and innovative project, our main challenges for it were developing an intuitive design for the web platform and website and building a strong visual identity to gain users' trust. To tackle these, we engaged in information gathering, produced low-fidelity sketches, and focused on clear actions, well-structured hierarchy, and user-friendly forms. We prioritized establishing a strong visual identity and showcasing product benefits for the website. The end result was a customer-focused website and a clear, consistent, and intuitive UX/UI design across the platform.
Our team developed a cloud-native solution based on the Go programming language and modern frontend web technologies to build EventPipe's platform. The solution features a scalable, multi-tenant, multi-user, and multi-zone deployment model with a single codebase following the mono-repo architectural pattern. The platform successfully provides an easy-to-use and easy-to-manage solution for event housing management that handles high traffic volumes and responds well to growth. It offers an up-to-date hotels database, a reservation management system, a hotel portal, and a contract management workflow for efficient event planning and organization.
We were faced with the challenge of creating a mobile application capable of accurately tracking employee mileage without consuming significant battery life. This would ensure a seamless user experience while providing precise reimbursement data to employers and employees alike. Our team’s mobile development and machine learning expertise allowed us to create a mileage-tracking app for Motus that met their unique requirements. The app’s energy efficiency and precision contributed to the company’s growth and established Motus as a leader in the employee reimbursement sector. This long-lasting partnership highlights the importance of innovative solutions and technical excellence in addressing client needs.
The Radical Product Thinking team identified the need to improve their website's user experience. The main challenges were organizing content and enhancing navigation. Our team created mid-fidelity prototypes to analyze the best approach, resulting in a clear and visually pleasing presentation of the methodology. The updated website now features improved navigation, allowing users to quickly find what they need. The solution successfully showcases the product and enables users to locate information easily, encouraging exploration of the various content offerings.
Our goal was to build two native mobile apps that leverage GPS and accelerometer hardware and excel in precision and performance across multiple versions of Android and iOS. We created two dedicated teams for iOS and Android, each focused on harnessing the power of native development tools and languages. We implemented a migration plan to seamlessly transition users from the legacy app to our cutting-edge platform, and integrated Firebase Crashlytics to capture real-time feedback and quickly address any issues that arose. Our approach resulted in two applications that offer unparalleled performance and user experience. Lessons learned include the importance of a tailored migration strategy, real-time monitoring and feedback mechanisms, and collaboration within teams to accelerate the development process and lead to innovative solutions.
Releaso automates and streamlines the process of generating and transmitting product updates. With Releaso, you and your stakeholders have a dedicated space to stay informed about the changes in your product. It also reduces the effort required to compile your notes by leveraging your commit history. The primary challenge we tackled was the substantial effort required to validate and verify the changes incorporated in a release post-implementation. Following this, we confidently proceeded to craft the release notes and promptly propagate them to our stakeholders. To address the current issue, we created a tool that leverages our development progress history to extract information for each update. After identifying this information source, we opted to utilize AI to assist clients in composing their release notes more efficiently. The final step was to create a platform for delivering product updates. We designed mockups that evolved into a user-friendly website for Releaso clients to publish their updates with customized features in mind. We have collaborated with Releaso to develop a tool that streamlines the process of writing release notes and improves the distribution of these notes to the client’s stakeholders. Releaso utilizes AI technology and features a user-friendly interface, making it an easy tool to use. Releaso’s integration with GitHub enables the identification of work associated with a release tag. Leveraging AI technology, it generates release notes tailored to the selected tone for the product. These notes are then incorporated into a fully customizable website provided by Releaso, allowing clients to effectively communicate updates to their customers. Furthermore, Releaso offers clients the capability to subscribe to their site for timely notifications of new updates. Additionally, clients have the option to disseminate updates via email, streamlining the process of generating and circulating updates to stakeholders.
Downtime Parking needed help in organizing and automating their reservation and registration process. Our team of engineers worked with them to build a user-friendly web application that simplifies the parking reservation process and provides parking space owners with a dashboard for monitoring their lots. Our solution includes an easy-to-use interface for users to search and book parking spaces, a consistent reservation process, and a management platform for parking space owners. We also incorporated technologies to monitor parking lots, recognize users, and prevent parking violations. Downtime Parking was satisfied with the project’s execution, timing, and systematization.
