Kono.bar d.o.o. is leading regional distributor of digital menu for hospitality industry, and an official supplier for Coca-Cola HBC Serbia. Over the past three years, we have been developing highly advanced and extremely versatile digital menu which can be custom tailored for each individual client. Service is already being utilized throughout Serbia and Montenegro in food and beverage establishments, as well as hotels and resorts. Displays containing QR codes used to access KONO.BAR digital menu are present on more than 25,000 restaurant tables and hotel rooms, which makes it the most widespread service of its kind in the region. Unlike majority of digital menus which were developed as a response to ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, KONO.BAR service was launched in year 2019 and it is constantly being upgraded. It's features and functionalities are superior to most similar services in the market today. Kono.bar is browser based application and is available on all mobile devices without any software installation. Using their mobile device, customers scan QR code on a stand, sticker, placards, etc. When menu opens, they can: choose menu language view categories, select items and place them in cart send orders send additional requests or instructions request invoice with pre-selected form of payment call waiter or send message to staff order delivery or takeaway from any location Clients can conduct surveys trough digital menu and they have access to analytics. They are also able to sess advertisiment positions within digital menu to companies whose products they feature in the menu, thus offesting service cost. Project is developed with Python and React, and it is hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud.
