The company later expanded its services to cover&nbsp;Providing customs clearance services</p><p>In 2002 and 2004, Araya Kongsoonthorn, the major shareholder group of the company, bought the shares from the partner group.&nbsp;Hong Kong and Singaporean people respectively, resulting in the company holding 100% by Thai people and to increase management efficiency.&nbsp;The company has restructured the group of companies.&nbsp;In November 2013 by the amalgamation method&nbsp;(Amalgamation) between Whites Freight Services (Thailand)&nbsp;Company&nbsp;Limited,&nbsp;Prompt and Logistics Company Limited, and Weiss Logistics Company Limited established as a new company.&nbsp;But still use the original name&nbsp;of&nbsp;the company Weiss Freight Services (Thailand) Limited.With a registered capital and paid-up capital of 15.00 million baht and having offices at Laem Chabang Port&nbsp;In addition, in December 2013, the company increased its registered capital and paid-up capital to 180.00 million baht and acquired 99.99 percent of shares in Sun Express (Thailand) Company Limited. The company transformed into a public company limited and changed its name to Weiss&nbsp;Logistics Public Company Limited on 3 April 2015 with registered capital of 300 million baht (225 million baht paid-up capital) and after the purchase of shares from SEL by allocating additional ordinary shares for sale to the public. Private Placement causes the company to have a registered capital of 325,949,750 baht (paid-up capital 325,949,750 baht)</p>
