How We Filled 9 Urgent Roles for Fintech in 58 Day A leading CFD Broker platform developer, this Fintech Startup, backed by 14 years of industry experience, recently secured funding to launch their latest project. With only five months to deliver the MVP, they urgently needed to build a team. The challenge was to source professionals from specific companies in the CIS and Europe, ensure cultural fit, and manage their immediate relocation to Cyprus. Our Solution The startup engaged us for a targeted headhunting strategy. Our multilingual team, fluent in English, Russian, Polish, Belarusian, and Ukrainian, used its expertise to source candidates across the CIS region. Based in Warsaw, we leveraged our extensive network and deep understanding of local markets to meet the client’s needs quickly and effectively. Challenges Filling 30 positions within 60 days in a competitive environment. Sourcing specialists from targeted industries and companies using platforms like LinkedIn and hh.ru. Ensuring candidates were ready to start within a month and managing their relocation to Cyprus, including visa processes. Matching candidates with the startup's cultural and technical requirements within a limited timeframe. Strategic Approach To optimize the client’s time, our team immersed itself in every stage of the interview process, ensuring only perfect-fit candidates were presented. We used our extensive CV database and platforms like LinkedIn and hh.ru to source candidates from regions with a high concentration of professionals inclined to relocate, such as Georgia and Turkey. Results Filled 9 out of 30 positions in just 58 days. Secured a new contract to fill 30 positions in Singapore, starting in Fall 2024.
