Our client is a pharma product manufactury company. Together with an IT vendor we delivered a tailor made document management system. Our task was to design the user processes. This was a challenging task as we had to learn the pharmacy specific processes. We held several workshops online with the client and the IT vendor together. We showed the processes in a wirefrime created in Figma.
