This principle guided us when we started our own business in 2004. Five well-known consultants and an experienced office manager who have worked together for years in a large international company with over 100 years of consulting experience, hundreds of completed projects - these are the qualities we have relied on to start up and have been building on ever since. All of us have learned the tools, methods, commitment, quality, reliability, transparency, organization of the consulting industry at international level - but we wanted to work with less administration, less bureaucracy, and more focused on the individual needs of each client. It was important for us to have a \'family-friendly\' professional environment - where all colleagues know for sure that they have outstanding knowledge, experience and ethical standards in their field, where we can take on each other without compromise. We also chose a name for ourselves: a fantasy word that perhaps expresses our creativity, our uniqueness. We have been operating successfully for 12 years and continue to be led by professional excellence, customer service and the efficiency and effectiveness of our company. Besides, in a friendly, family atmosphere we are having fun! Xellum has truly become a brand name, both in the consulting industry and among customers.</p>
