Key Challenges: ZAK uses multiple platforms, leading to a resource-intensive workflow. Manual attendee check-in and ticket printing causes delays. The aim is to create a user-friendly, interactive event management system. Streamlining the complete event lifecycle is the primary goal. Challenges: The objective is to integrate various teams into a unified platform, streamlining the entire event lifecycle. This centralized system not only ensures a seamless workflow but also offers high functionality and scalability to accommodate future enhancements. This results in reduced manpower costs, increased return on investment (ROI), and efficient data management, collectively enhancing the client's event management operations. Result: We successfully developed and delivered a scalable application that resonates with the customers' brand identity, and the client found the software to be effective and time-saving.
Recircle is a resource recovery company striving to accomplish a sustainable future with a vision to see a world where no resources are wasted, by pursuing and promoting ethical circularity. We understands that preventing resources from entering landfills and oceans is the key to efficient resource management. So, we decided to direct them straight into the economy of recycling. Technology we used: 1. Python 2. Javascript 3. Flutter Key Challenges: 1. Recircle operates in 3 Union Territories, 20 states, and 102 locations. 2. Recovered 25,904+ metric tons as of March 2022. 3. Lack of unified digital solution led to inefficiency. 4. Partner with informal waste collectors for traceability and transparency. 5. Establish a real-time traceable supply chain. We understood the client's workflow, optimized UI/UX, and developed an intuitive mobile app for stakeholders. Automation streamlined the resource recovery process, and users can schedule pickups and locate drop-off points. Integration with government databases and geotagging ensures traceability. Notifications and plastic credits were implemented for environmental impact measurement. OCR technology enhances data capture for transparency, reducing manual effort and paperwork. At results the waste management platform empowered the client to digitize a heavily document-based process and establish traceability and transparency across the resource recovery supply chain, enabling brands to neutralize their plastic footprint.
