We provide web hosting, high-speed DSL and dial-up Internet access, wireless Internet access, domain name registrations services, ZiD VOX telephone service,e-commerce, and web site design services. Our clients include major Canadian banks, insurance companies, universities, municipal governments, airlines, non-governmental agencies, as well as thousands of small and medium businesses and residential clients.

Our clients are located mainly in North America, but we also have clients in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.

We are a real service provider, owning all the hardware, servers, and our data center so we can provide our clients the best service, without having to rely on 3rd parties to maintain and service equipment.

ZiD operates its multi-homed data center with multiple fibre optic links using both ATM and SONNET typology. Our data center uses BGP to ensure that data traffic is routed to the best link and provides fault tolerance in case of upstream problems. The data center is protected with UPS and generator power back up that has passed major outages with minimal impact on our clients. We also implement several different firewalls to ensure that our servers are protected and available.
