What kind of companies do you work with?
Companies in the Madrid region with 15 to 100 users that have no in-house IT department. We become their IT team: we look after their network, servers, Microsoft 365, security and backups.
What are your support hours?
Support runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (Madrid time). Infrastructure monitoring runs 24/7, so many issues are detected and handled before the client notices them.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. Most day-to-day work is done remotely, and we go to the client's office when a job needs it.
Do you offer a free assessment?
Yes. We review your infrastructure and how your information is handled at no cost, and we tell you what we would fix first.
Where is client data hosted?
Our private cloud runs on our own Proxmox infrastructure hosted in the European Union, so data stays under EU rules.
