Koishii at Mumbai's St. Regis had one of those and our brief was to capture it through the ambience, the people and the star of the whole shebang, the food. We rolled our cameras from day to night, held a party and ended with a drink that tasted like an old room that a very rich man was recently inside. and we shot this little film on the side.

The key thought was to give a visual direction to a song that has a different interpretation for each different mindset. While keeping the story line light-hearted, the theme was thought provoking and held a subtle idiosyncrasy throughout.

The heart-throbbing moments of life when you are midst taking a decision that you are sure is going to change your life, though how is entirely unclear. but slowly you feel within yourself that you have outgrown your old shell and to the sea you must venture, to find one that fits you whole. or maybe none of that at all?

Keeping the tone of the film lighthearted, the idea was to bring out the actual impact of the brand on lives, which is sometimes missed as we progress at the speed of light. The film celebrates the amazing milestone while also cheering on its valued customers.

The sanctity of untred paths. all this and more gave way to this very wanderlust inspired film with tints and shades of melancholia. This is the essence of arunachal through lens and of course, sentiment and created a unique travel experience that doesn't leave you, even long after the video does. The song colors by black pumas is just a cherry on top of it all.

sentiment // joy 2023 // Dapoli, India ‘I’ll just have to airdrop you these, there are way too many photos’ - this is the central blurb of our moment-narrative for House of Abhinandan Lodha’s travel film for their upcoming Dapoli-based project called Cape of Bliss. We presented the location as a kind of picturescape which requested, no, demanded constant attention, and deservingly so. We have our small crew of 4 young friends for the job gathering their personal heaps of moments as they go along experiencing Dapoli’s many virgin experiences, textures and histories. the film is set against a song that we thought appropriately fit the vibe of Dapoli, with its old-meets-new postcard scenery. The film works well to sell the need for a holiday, and in the process, the proposition too, so overall a success wethinks.

sentiment // anticipation & amazement 2022 // Anjarle, India There'a quaint little coastal town in Maharashtra called Dapoli and tucked away in Dapoli is Anjarle, a beach area that's being developed by The House of Abhinandan Lodha for customers with foresight. we wanted to the capture the mellow air of this upcoming tourist destination that's pregnant with opportunity. our film is essentially a travelogue-montage that takes viewers through the experience of time there but from a distance, and with a nostalgic quality.

sentiment // anticipation & amazement 2021 // Mumbai, India We imagined what ‘urban tribalism meets a sense of escape’ would look like at its most primal, given that the lifestyle that wearers of such clothes espoused was similar, at least philosophically. combine that with a moody music-based treatment and you have yourself what is essentially a music video featuring a clique of models who presented you with raw pride and passion against a dilapidated nature-takes-over backdrop.
