<p>Our engineers have worked in varied environments delivering in-house IT support as well as in the managed service sector. We have deep understanding of typical organisational IT infrastructure and priorities. This, along with the broad range of verticals that we support in our current client base, means we can empathise with the IT needs of your users. This, with our remote service enables us to resolve many issues over the phone there and then in the event of an emergency.&nbsp;</p><p>We support a range of on premise and cloud infrastructure solutions, including Microsoft, Apple, VMWare, IBM, HP, Cisco and other business systems. When we take on new clients we often inherit their infrastructure so are used to supporting infrastructure architectures which we did not implement. As requirements change or as part of lifecycle planning we will then undertake technical refresh or redesign. This means that our Technical Architects and Project teams are familiar with designing and rolling out these systems, along with our Service Desk and Systems teams who are responsible for their day to day management, support and maintenance. We have designed and implemented our own multi-tenanted cloud solution which is now live and hosting a range of services for our clients and support a broad range of vendor cloud services for our clients including Azure, AWS, Office365 and Google apps.&nbsp;</p>
