Principal Development Group Consulting is a small firm of technologists with extensive experience in custom application development and enterprise software package implementation. We work with mid to large-scale companies and specialize in the design, development, implementation and system conversions. We view the projects we take on as partnerships. Each team we put in place is a blend of our experienced developers and employees from our clients IT staff. Often times the clients’ resources are locally based and can participate directly in all aspects of the project. However, increasingly client resources are off-shore and participate in only those functions necessary to allow them to support applications post-implementation.
