Introduction Reuters Insider helps financial and other professionals gain market insights through videos. They create a vast amount of videos everyday and envisioned an application that can deliver videos directly into financial professional and investor's news and research workflows. We helped them in defining the workflows. This was supported by the design and development process to create an online video platform for financial markets. Impact Since its launch the Reuters Insider Video portal is the most viewed video application across the Reuters financial video product line with millions of views and counting. Besides delivering on the user experience that the Reuters team had envisioned, the application has met the high standard of performance, reliability and uptime required of mission critical financial applications.
Introduction Fox Sports is the sports programming division representing Fox Corporation’s wide array of multi-platform sports assets. We helped them re-design the Press Pass experience on Fox Sports’ site for better enhancements and opportunities to display content. Impact With the success of the redesign of Fox Sports’ Press Pass website, now they are able to provide their users with a comprehensive up-to-date news coverage experience on both web and mobile.
Introduction Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) is a non-profit organization that hosts multiple global conference events for healthcare professionals to connect on the latest innovations in health and wellness, featuring talks and resources from leading medical scientists and subject matter experts. We helped in providing a digital solution to connect HIMSS’ vast network of healthcare professionals in the form of the Accelerate Application. Services Provided Research and strategy, Re-design of selected elements, Application Maintenance, Analytics, eLearning experience and AWS Infrastructure. Impact HIMSS was able to launch Accelerate in time for their Global Conference in August 2021. They were able to onboard several learning partners contributing content and offer eLearning and certifications on the platform.
Introduction Roo allows freelance veterinarians to connect with hospitals through an easy & accessible web application. Their platform enables hospitals to fulfill short-term personnel needs, and allows veterinarians to work at a schedule that meets their needs. The Roo team observed a market need for an easier way for vets to connect to hospitals. We helped them create a platform for a growing community of professionals in the industry. Services Provided Product Branding, User Testing, Visual Design, UX/UI Design, Project management, Full-Stack Engineering, hosting setup and Development Operations. Impact In the first few months of its launch, Roo was able to generate hundreds of relief shift bookings, with thousands posted, in their first market, Texas. Based on the learnings and success of the pilot in Texas, Roo has expanded to multiple states across the US in their next phase while raising a seed round of funding of approximately $5M.
Introduction Biproxi is the one-stop shop for commercial real estates and leasing, geared towards improving the transaction process for middle-market CRE brokers, buyers, sellers and tenants. Biproxi was seeking a partner to build a modern, innovative online real estate platform. We were brought onboard to help them create a solution for the brokers and principles to add and discover commercial listings in one place. Services Provided End-to-end Product Design, Full-stack Development, Launch and Operations. Impact The entire product was conceptualized, designed, built, integrated, data-enabled, launched and operational within one year. It was well received by the target audience as reflected by high user engagement. Additionally, this product met 2 major seed funding goals, rapidly onboarding new users & gaining market adoption.
Introduction Break the Love is an online community for discovering and booking high-quality and unique group-based tennis activities to learn, train, or compete. We assisted in designing and further developing their web platform to keep up with their fast growth and upcoming rounds of funding. Introduction FlatRate is New York’s top moving and logistics company. They were looking to redesign their overall web and mobile experience and improve their SEO performance. We helped them re-design the experience, boost SEO, standardize style guide and solve accessibility and ADA compliance issues. Introduction Elle, the iconic lifestyle magazine from Hearst, was the first fashion brand to develop an application for Google Glass. Elle partnered with GoogleX and Perpetual to build the first Google Glass Magazine application to engage users using emerging technologies. We helped Elle and GoogleX come up with the most effective eCommerce experience on the new frontier device. It was among the top 10 most accessed applications on Google Glass.
Introduction Jio Conference Room now known as Jio Meet is an enterprise-grade video-conferencing platform for securely hosting business meetings or one on one calls. We helped them design and develop their video conferencing service which focuses on in call experience with video and chat features. Impact The project provided an innovative concept for the new business line for Reliance and formed the basis for their product 'Jio Meet’ which was subsequently launched in the marketplace before the COVID Pandemic and gained an immense amount of traction.
Families First approached us to build a learning experience for family counseling and certification. Families First is a non-profit that ensures the success of children in jeopardy by empowering families. They were looking to build offer a set of courses to teach effective parenting during the transitions of divorce or parental separation. We worked with them to build a learning platform based on Open edX, along with several features including the first Paypal based eCommerce solution for Open edX, as well as a customized court accepted certificate. We also provided instructional design as well as video production services for the content offered.
Introduction Atomic Capital provides digital security issuance software and fundraising services. We were approached to build a proprietary blockchain platform and a white label solution for them. This Platform helped identify investors and ensuring their accreditation, allowing them to invest in offerings listed by Issuers and for issuers to be able to track investor’s progress status. Impact The Issuance system on Atomic Capital helped provide a fundraising platform for the investors through software implementation and system architecture and gave issuers the ability to generate and administer highly-secure, fully-compliant digital securities.
Introduction Teach For India is part of the global Teach for All movement. They envisioned building Firki, an open source online training portal to achieve their vision of training 10 million Pre-B-Ed Teachers in India. We were approached to build an open online training portal to help teachers ensure students are achieving their educational goals. Impact The new platform with a brand new design theme, based on the powerful Open edX education platform was delivered in time, allowing Teach for India to train their fellows more easily towards achieving their mission.

Introduction Unpakt is an online marketplace for planning your move, comparing movers, and booking the move. They work with pre-approved, licensed and insured movers to help people move. We helped them improve the design of some key pages and experiences of the website, making these experiences more efficient for the users. Impact With this project, one of several with Unpakt since 2012, design improvements on the homepage, booking flow and move plan have resulted in increased engagement, conversion rates and a more seamless move-day experience with a revamped move plan.
Introduction Mythical Games is a next-generation game technology studio. We helped them create a secondary marketplace where players can buy, sell, and trade NFT items through blockchain technology. Impact With our thorough research, we were able to create solutions that addressed multiple challenges from both the user experience and engineering standpoint. The iterative approach was helpful for Mythical Games to launch their MVP product within the timeline.
Introduction HABITAS is a hospitality management group. It operates luxury hotels located in AlUla, Bacalar, Tulum, Namibia and a few more opening soon. We helped them build a platform to showcase all of their videos and films which could provide people with a cinematic viewing experience and an immersive way to showcase their properties. Impact With a successful redesign of Habitas website, now the they are able to provide their potential customers with a better user experience. The new implementation of language translations and the films page also broadens the user groups and draws more customers. With the redesign the website has experienced a growth of about 300%.
Introduction PFM is an Asset Management, Financial Advice, and Consulting firm. We helped them update the underlying technology, simplify and enhance user’s experience on investment portal while optimizing the product for different investment experiences. Services Provided UX Research, Product Strategy, Wire-framing, Interface design and React.js application implementation. Impact Through this project, we modernized the flagship investment platform for PFM and created a flexible whitelabel solution for their clients which improved the usability of investment portal for the users.
This project started out as a founder with an idea, and we were the first technical team he engaged. We built the initial MVP, helped take it to market, constantly iterated the product/technical platform as the business evolved and grew, assisted with technical/product aspects of business and various pitches, won a $250K national innovation award from Verizon, assisted with hiring and coaching other product/tech team members. The tech stack used was Angular, Node JS, and Ruby on Rails. The product is now seen as the leading differentiated reading platform and selling actively to K12 schools globally. This was over a 3 year period.
Introduction Colgate is a leading American brand which principally provides oral hygiene products such as toothpastes, toothbrushes, mouthwashes and dental floss available globally. We helped them build out the website using Ceros and assist with development needs wherever necessary. Impact With the platform going live, every employee of colgate across the globe now has access to a universal brand experience center. Introduction Roam Robotics develops lightweight, low-cost, wearable robotic devices that can be integrated into everyday life. Roam’s proprietary technology generates power-to-weight ratio, utilizes scalable manufacturing techniques, and harnesses AI-informed robotics to restore and expand the boundaries of human mobility. We helped Roam Robotics in the design development process and building an accessible website for their users. Services Provided User experience assistance, Website accessibility check, Website development with Squarespace and Custom blocks using code. Impact We were able to build a compliant website and improve the navigation to build meaningful interactions for Roam Robotics’ users.
Introduction Jetleg aims to create a structured marketplace for empty leg luxury flights and takes certain percentage of booking fee for every flight booked. We were approached to help them create a platform for thousands of underutilized private flights. Introduction Funded by California Wheat Commission, Golden State Grains is a platform which provides marketing and educational tools and resources for farmers to distribute some of their grains to local businesses. We helped them build Golden State Grains’ website on Webflow. This includes an all-in-one solution to creating a marketplace for California grown grain. Services Provided UX Research, Information Architecture, Brand Design, Visual design, UI/UX Design, and Webflow Development. Impact As a result of our exercises, Golden State Grains was successfully able to release their website within 2 months. This platform allowed Golden State Grains to connect and grow 50+ Wheat Businesses in the State of California.
Introduction Liberty Lending is a fintech company that offers consumers a digital banking and lending platform with the mission of helping everyone make financial progress. We refactored the codebase of the older Liberty Lending site and revamped the overall responsive user interface Services Provided React.js web development, SEO Integration with codebase and Secure user authentication. Impact The project resulted in implementation of redesigned pages, cross browser compatibility across chrome, edge, safari and Firefox, responsive design incorporating desktop, tablet and mobile viewing, search engine optimization and improved site performance scores for Liberty Lending.

Through this project, we created a universal search that would enable users to search across all third party file storage services and tools. Introduction Alto Neuroscience is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that uses its AI-enabled biomarker platform to rapidly develop highly-effective medicines for targeted populations. Through this project, we were able to support their rebranding initiative alongside a re-design of the website. Impact With the rebranding, Alto Neuroscience positioned itself as a modern and futuristic brand. Introduction Mursion provides customized virtual reality environment simulated for essential skills in the workplace where professionals get to master the complex interpersonal skills necessary to be effective in high-stakes professions. We implemented brand new design while optimizing the site and helped them with website development and UX assistance. Services Provided User Experience and Interface assistance, Visual design, Web development and SEO Optimization. Impact Through this project we stabilized the Mursion website with security issues and bugs, on a new robust infrastructure along with improving company’s visibility, engagement and conversion rates.
The Australian Army approached Perpetual to develop a platform to support a series of courses towards First Aid and variety of Field Training for several army procedures. Perpetual Learning rethought the design theme to make it more appealing to the young army recruits, with a ‘video game’ look and feel, and several ‘gamification’ based learning incentives. Alternative training methodologies including VR learning were also incorporated. Advanced instructor and trainee collaboration features (video chat, demonstration mode, and group chat) were also designed within the product.
Obsess, a TechStars startup approached Perpetual to build out their web presence including their main website for desktop and mobile access. They were looking to build an experience that conveyed their value proposition of next-generation experiential shopping. They wanted their website to show background video with audio, an experience showing a view of content through a phone on the site, and 360 Video from their VR page. Perpetual designed the experience in close collaboration with the client and built out the desktop and mobile website with the multimedia features the client had envisioned. The technology stack was Wordpress with custom HTML/CSS/JS development.
The Inside is a direct to consumer brand creating custom designed furniture and selling it online. Perpetual was engaged by The Inside to build their entire online store. A team of 1 UX Designer and 3 Engineers was mobilized and built the online store using a Lean UX and Agile model. The project included several customizations of Shopify, including a product customizer to allow users to mix-and-match designs and options, a customized landing page, integration with intelligent retention emails, mobile support and several custom designs across the entire site. The store was launched successfully with rave reviews on Techcrunch, Vogue, and Architectural Digest.
